Soul
Dan Moscone is the
heart and soul behind Moscone Developments. He was raised
with a hammer in one hand and a screwdriver in the other.
Danny spent his childhood days following and helping his father
with every aspect of building a home. Danny has drafted plans,
he has been a framer, assisted with the electrical and plumbing,
he has done the drywall and the painting . . . there isn’t
one job in constructing a home that Dan has not had the privilege
of learning and excelling at. He has taken hundreds of homes
from the concept design to the finished detailing. His vast
and invaluable experience in all aspects of the building trades
and “hands on” in building homes has enabled him
to have the expertise to know each step and to ensure the
quality and high level of workmanship that every Moscone home
encompasses.
