Dan Moscone has been building amazing custom homes
in the lower mainland for over 40 years.

He got his start in home construction when he was only 15 years old. Dan’s dad would pick him up after school and drive him to the job site where he would tidy up the job site, move materials and “sweep up nails” so the site was ready for the builders in the morning. He progressed from after-school labourer when he hired his first framing crew when he was only 19. The rest, as they say, is history.

Dan Moscone has worked in all aspects of home construction – from site preparation, site services and foundations, to framing, exterior work, interior finishing, roofing and landscaping details. His hands on experience makes choosing Moscone Developments a very safe choice when you build your custom home.

Most sub-trades have been working with Dan for 30 years.
